Course description

Participants in this training program will leave with a solid foundation in the ideas of comprehensive cost management and cost engineering. Via resource planning and cost control as well as profitability and risk management, the course examines the topic of total cost management. i.e., controlling costs over the course of any business, program, infrastructure, project, good, or service. The course discusses how to use cutting-edge technology, tried-and-true approaches, and cost engineering and management principles to support the management process. Hands-on experience will be offered during practical sessions.
